【Introduction】

The official tournament“Pokemon World Championships 2019 ”to decide No.1 Pokken players will start soon. I'm so nervous and excited about getting to the best stage ever!

This time I want to tell you before WCS. About my history as a Pokken player and future. It will be a little longer,but I hope you will read it to the end.

【WCS2016】

I started Pokken from the WiiU version released in 2016. With Pokken WiiU decided to become a WCS event,I decided to purchase. Because I dreamed of becoming a champion at WCS. I have been playing games since 2 and a half years old. Pokken was the first game I bought after I decided that when I bought the game,"I'll be No.1 in this game!"

However,you cannot easily become a champion. I knew that,but decided to participate in WCS2016 at my own expense. I see No.1 and feel and accept a clear level difference from myself. That was my purpose and challenge.

This is a message given by the strongest Lucario player "Tanoshimi" before departure. This word gave me great courage. I still remember that,and I really appreciate him.

My results at WCS 2016 were best 16. After that,I continued practicing with Japanese players,but I did not get better for 2 years. However,thanks to the WCS 2016,I was able to continue to fight for the champion.

【EVO JAPAN 2018】

After that,I finally earn the first winning with "Mikukey" at "EVO JAPAN 2018". It was wondering that he became my partner at that time. But I beat strong player and contributed to the victory of the team. That was my big confidence.

With NA top player "ALLISTER" and TPCi’s "DC". DC gave me items of WCS2017.  I have been supported by him many times since I met him at WCS2016.

【SwitchFest】

This tournament invited players from around the world.  Many players have recommended me to the organizer's tweets to recruit players to recommend.

Expedition may not be able to go even if invited.  Because it takes a lot of time.  But I wanted to meet everyone's expectations.  I immediately secured a break and I declared that I would participate if I became an invited player.  I was followed up by Twitter of the host organization "2GG" and danced joyfully when the DM from them was sent. lol  I'm still immature,so I always try to get the chance.  It was a good experience to stick to that attitude.

SwitchFest had no Japanese players other than me,but thanks to 2GG,I was able to participate safely and return home.  I was a Smash player before Pokkén,and it was one of my dreams to participate in the 2GG tournament.

I can't speak English.  But I was reall happy that the time spent with them.

With "DC". He always watched by me during important tournaments.

The Grand Final was a battle with LCF.  He and I are top Lucario players.  SwitchFest was one of the most unforgettable tournaments,with the best rivals battle.

After this battle,LCF gave me such a message.

"Be strong. See you again at WCS!"

After that,he became EU representative as promised.

【WCS2018】

I finished 3rd at PJCS2018.  As a result,LCQ started,but I became an invited player.  WCS is like the Pokémon Olympics.  It is a stage that many people value.  WCS is important for me too,so I remember trying very hard.

With Lucario players.  The bond is strong,the main is the same player.

With "LCF" and top Gengar player "Tarutaro" and top Darkrai player "Midori".  It was very happy time.

With Milln. I met him again for the first time in two years.  Fortunately,I was very high tension. lol

With DC & top Suicune player "Elm". DC always cheered me on important tournaments.  I'm fine when I see him.

With Japanese players & WCS2018 Champion ThankSwalot's parents. It's great that families have a connection with the community!

With Mr.Masuda. He is the origin of my passion.  I hope I can meet him again this year.

My WCS2018 result was a loss in LCQ.  All other Japanese players entered Top8.  WCS2018 remains a very disappointing memory.  But I want to win because everyone is so strong.  It was a tournament that I thought so again.

【Kanto6】

Kanto6 is a big tournament in Japan.  It was a very high level tournament with top players from Japan.  The champion was supported by WCS2019 travel expenses.

In Kanto6's stream set,most of the game is full set.  The venue was enthusiastic and became the most successful tournament in Japan.

My personal stream shouts “eSports!”when playing Lucario's wall combo. lol  In Kanto6,many spectators imitated me when I made a combo.  This is one of the reasons I think Kanto6 is an unforgettable tournament.

With professional eSports caster "Fuuhi".  The venue of RedBull increases everyone's coolness.

My result is 3rd. I didn't become a champion,but I updated my personal best at Kanto.

【What I want to convey】

Many rival played enthusiasts,many supports become powerful,and all of them have drama like animation. I am proud to be in the Pokkén community for more than 3 years. I definitely was the most shining time in my life. Thank you very much.

However,I'm sorry. I have two things should tell you.

First,I exited the team V3ESports on August 15.

I did n’t have anything to be proud of,but thanks to V3 I got one of the things I could be proud of as a gamer.  I heard that the team was thinking about extending the contract.  But if I stay on the team with inertia,I will damage the team.

Because I have lost the chance to continue working as a professional gamer.  I am very grateful that V3 respected my opinion.

Second, If I fail to become a champion at WCS2019,I will retire Pokkén.

The passion for Pokkén is not gone. I love Pokkén. However,I was unable to continue my activities.  Because I'm very poor.

I have always acted with passion.  But I am a very low level person as a member of society. I am 28 years old and my parents will soon be 60 years old.  With my current income,I will eventually be unable to live.

I am not injured and my family is very fine.  So now we can live.  But what should I do if someone gets sick? At that time I will not be able to forgive myself.  So I made this choice.

I decided these right after Oceania INC. I have been worried about whether this decision is correct for about half a year.  To be honest,I still have trouble. But if it is the last play,I want to play at WCS. I will regret it unless I become a champion.  But I can't escape. I choose to face this problem.

【Finally】

Finally,I have only one request from you.

If I can become a champion,I would like to receive a trophy from Mr. Masuda. He is the origin of my passion and my No.1 hero.  If possible,can you tell my request to TPCi?

I have fought to show him my growth.  I know this is an impossible request.  But this is my last request for WCS.

WCS2019 will start soon.  Let's get excited to make WCS2019 the best of all time! I will do my best not to make this last.  Thank you for reading to the end.
